I played a pivotal role in the seamless integration of Livongo into the Microsoft Teams 3rd party platform. Collaborating closely with a Livongo designer and researcher, I served as the UX consultant for this project, ensuring that user experience was at the forefront of our efforts.

Refining Experiences Through Rigorous Evaluation
Prior to commencing development, we meticulously analyzed the prototypes designed by the project's lead designer through a comprehensive UX evaluation process. This evaluation aimed to scrutinize the designs from various perspectives, ensuring they align with user needs, usability standards, and project goals. By thoroughly assessing the prototypes before moving forward, we aimed to identify any potential issues, refine the user experience, and lay a solid foundation for the development phase.
Next Steps
The subsequent phase involved collaborating with the development team to kickstart the development phase, lasting six months. Throughout this period, the development team diligently translated design concepts into functional software, performing coding, testing, and iterative refinement to realize the product. This collaborative effort between design and development teams was pivotal in ensuring effective implementation of the envisioned product, staying true to the design objectives.
