Design Process
Phase 1
Phase 4
At this stage, the goal is to confirm and dismiss assumptions and then bring the data and insights to the team: conducting field studies, interviews, diary studies, and competitive testing.
Testing and validating designs during development and beyond, to make sure systems work for the people who use them. Orchestrating qualitative and quantitative usability testing, diary studies, monitoring social media platforms, and benchmark testing.
Phase 2
Explore user needs and design scope and address them effectively. Building user personas, journey maps, card sorting, low and high fidelity interactive prototypes.
Phase 3
During the research and design cycle, I identify existing and new issues. Analyze data and monitor incoming information for patterns and trends as well as conducting surveys, analyzing metrics, search queries, bug reports, and collect FAQ. Communicate with key players effectively.
